We carry out roofing surveys/estimates on the condition of roofs. Re-new or repair the slate roof, tiled roof or flat roof for estate agents or the Buyer or the Seller who need to know what type of work needs to be done and at what cost.

These roofing surveys/estimates on the condition of roofs for buying and or selling do have a small fee to cover administration and petrol.

This small fee is taken off the estimate price if the work go's ahead.
